Before Module 2
Two required moves and two light ones. Together they are the first steps on your own roadmap, and the material your system will run on when the build begins next week.
Write your five-Element health check
For each element, Memory, Boundary, Surface, Loop, and Cadence, write one sentence on how well it is met in your work today and one on what a stronger version would look like. Then name your single real gap and your single over-built element, and a first now-to-next-to-later order for closing the gap.
Required Bring to Module 2Start your context corpus
Begin gathering the raw material your system will ingest: plans and strategy notes, transcripts of meetings and calls, standing facts about your people and priorities, and at least one self-meeting, a short recording where you talk through a current priority. A useful corpus takes a couple of weeks, which is why it starts now.
Required OngoingName your concern, and its answer
Write your single biggest concern about working this way, then name which of the five Elements most answers it, for instance verification and the loop for hallucination, or boundary for over-delegation. This turns the worry into a reason the system exists, and it deepens the concern you raised out loud in the peer share.
LightRead, and bring one thing
Read The Shape of Meaning, and come able to name one structural fact that changed how you intend to work. The Two Roads of AI is there if you want to go deeper on why verification matters.
