The AI Executive Accelerator
Seven modules on a single spine. The program moves from making the operating environment legible, through learning to think with the tools, to the judgment and defense that executive work actually requires. A Chief of Staff capstone runs as a thread through all three stages, built by each participant on their own infrastructure.
New in the Library: Participant Techniques
Session structure, every week
The 30-minute peer share is protected in every module, because the founding research found peer exchange, not formal instruction, to be the primary way participants learned.
Grammar / The operating environment becomes legible
Dialectic / Learning to think with it
Working in Conversation
The Practicum opens with the map of the three interaction modes and how to choose among them, then teaches the conversation mode in depth. Work with a model runs on a rising gradient of autonomy, and each step up trades control for leverage.
Build step: Memory decided, and a sample brief from your first brief prompt.
Working by Delegation
The delegation mode. What changes when you hand off a bounded job instead of steering each turn: where the trust boundary sits, which task shapes suit delegation, and how to review output that was produced without being watched.
Build step: Personalize the brief from your own corpus, and shape the reader's design.
Working by Automation
The automation mode. When work should stop being a conversation and become a repeatable, possibly unattended process. Framed for executives who commission and govern automation, not only for those who build it.
Build step: A scheduled brief, governed by the four-line boundary.
Rhetoric / Working with others through it
Transparency and Disclosure
Standing behind AI-assisted work. How to document it, maintain auditability, and hold institutional memory around AI use, plus the disclosure judgment required in regulated and public-facing environments. You document so you can be transparent, and you disclose because you have the receipts.
Build step: Author the runbook, start a change log, add a health check.
AI Strategy, Governance, and Enablement
A practitioner's framework for organizational AI strategy, taught by doing and facing inward at your own organization. Governance design, leading adoption, and the drafting of a first AI policy for your team. The module turns outward at its close, introducing the model landscape as the bridge to Module 7.
Build step: Cross the write threshold under governance, and build gray mode.
Vendor Evaluation and the Model Landscape
The external-facing capstone, and the credential gate. The program turns outward to the widest executive judgment it teaches: deciding what the organization should adopt, and standing behind that decision under questioning.
Build step: Live: defend the vendor evaluation and present the 90-day plan.
The three judgment artifacts
AI policy draft
Internal. A first-draft policy for the participant's own team.
Vendor evaluation
External. Applied to a real pitch and defended under questioning.
90-day adoption plan
Forward-looking, with named owners and milestones.
Module 1 is live and has run. Modules 2 to 7 are scaffolded: assembled from existing material where it exists, and marked as placeholders where the content is genuinely still to be written. Nothing on these pages is invented to fill a gap.
