Module 6: AI Strategy, Governance, and Enablement
A practitioner's framework for organizational AI strategy, taught by doing and facing inward at your own organization. Governance design, leading adoption, and the drafting of a first AI policy for your team. The module turns outward at its close, introducing the model landscape as the bridge to Module 7.
Session structure
The 30-minute peer share is protected in every module, because peer exchange, not formal instruction, is where the learning compounds.
Capstone build step
Cross the write threshold under governance, and build gray mode.
Crossing from a system that only shows you things to one that acts on your behalf, on purpose, under a rule you wrote. The same discipline as Module 4's gate, applied to your own governance.
Loop: the first action, gray mode, a weekly review
Allow one action and prove the refusal, build gray mode and test it both ways, and set up a weekly review.

The primary reading, and the map you will grade your own system against for the rest of the program.
The AI model landscape
The terrain for evaluating what to adopt, taught here so it is in hand before the evaluation is built in Module 7.
Time to read: about 13 minutes
The landscape in six platforms: a field guide
The longer field guide behind the landscape, platform by platform.
Time to read: about 21 minutes
Governance framework and the AI policy
To be written. The strategy and governance teaching content, and the policy-drafting guide, are net-new.
To be writtenBuild status
The enablement half is strong: the model landscape and its field guide are complete. The strategy, governance, and gray-mode teaching content is net-new. Note that the alignment outline says the field guide was never converted to HTML; it was, and it runs to roughly 4,900 words.
