The terms of your seat.

These terms apply to the Fall 2026 cohort of the AI Executive Accelerator. You accept them with the form at the end of this page, and your seat is held when your first payment arrives.

Catalyst Academy is a program of Fontanini Advisory Services, LLC. Jay Fontanini facilitates every session.

The program

Seven Fridays. Six seats.

Seven live sessions of 90 minutes each, held online. Your enrollment also includes the course site during the program and after it, alumni network access, and a post-program 1:1 with the facilitator.

If a session has to move, we will give you as much notice as we can and agree a replacement date with the cohort.

One price. Three ways to pay.

Per participant
$2,995 early enrollment through October 27, or by alumni referral
How to pay
In full
Pay the invoice we send you at enrollment, by card or bank transfer.
Installments
Half at enrollment, and the other half before Module 4 begins on November 20. The second half arrives as its own invoice.
Company paid
We invoice your employer. The same price and terms apply, and the seat is confirmed when the invoice is paid or the company confirms the purchase in writing.

Early enrollment applies when you pay in full, or pay the first installment, by 11:59 PM Eastern on Tuesday, October 27. The alumni referral price applies when a founding cohort alum referred you; name them on the form. Discounts do not combine, so the lowest price for a seat is $2,995. There are no complimentary seats.

Founding cohort alumni have view access to the course site at no charge. An alum who wants to attend live sessions enrolls under these terms at a price agreed with Fontanini Advisory Services in writing.

Your seat is held once we receive your first payment. Seats are filled in the order payments arrive.

Refunds and changes

Before Module 4
You can withdraw for any reason and receive a full refund of what you have paid. If you are paying in installments, you owe nothing further.
From Module 4
No refunds, and any remaining installment is due.
If we cancel
If the cohort does not reach four participants, or we cannot deliver it, you choose a full refund or a seat in the next cohort.
Deferring
Before Module 1, you can move your seat to the next public cohort once, at no charge.
Missed sessions
Recordings are available to the cohort, and missed sessions are not refunded. Where space allows, you may join the same module in a later cohort.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days of your request.

What you bring

Prerequisites
The Claude 101 and AI Fluency: Framework and Foundations courses from Anthropic Academy, both free, completed before Module 1, along with the baseline diagnostic.
A Claude plan
A paid Claude plan for the duration of the program, on your own account or one your employer provides. The system you build across the seven weeks runs on it, and it stays yours afterward.
Time
The 90-minute weekly session plus about two hours of work between sessions.
Employer rules
If you use a work account or work material, you are responsible for following your employer's AI and data policies.

Recordings, privacy, and your data

Recordings
Sessions are recorded on Roam, which also produces an AI-generated summary. Recordings are shared only with your cohort and are used to prepare session debriefs.
AI tools
We use AI tools, including Claude, to prepare summaries, debriefs, and follow-up from sessions. Session notes stay in our internal records and are not published with your name.
Baseline
Your baseline diagnostic answers are seen only by Jay.
Your account
We do not access your Claude account, your files, or your build. What you show the cohort is your choice.
Course activity
While you are signed in, the course site records which pages you open and how long they are active, so Jay can see where the course is working and where people get stuck. Only Jay sees individual activity. A sponsoring organization sees cohort-level patterns, never yours.

What stays in the room

Peer share is the most valuable part of the program, and it works only if people can speak openly. What other participants share in sessions stays within the cohort unless they agree otherwise. Please do not bring material into the room that you are not permitted to share.

Ownership

The course materials belong to Fontanini Advisory Services. You may use them for your own work and keep them after the program. Please do not redistribute them or use them to teach others commercially. What you build during the program, and everything it produces, belongs to you.

We will quote you or use your name in marketing only with your separate written permission.

The fine print

Education
The program is education. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and results depend on the work you put in.
Decisions
You are responsible for how you use AI tools and for the decisions you make with them.
Liability
Our total liability to you for anything arising from the program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
